This harness is made of heavy nylon webbing and anti-pill fleece or Neoprene. There is a buckle on each side and a D-ring on the top of the shoulder. This harness is for walking, hiking and just to get the pressure off the dog’s neck. It will not keep your dog from pulling. The neoprene is less likely to pick up stickers and dries quickly if it gets wet. The girth padding completely encircles the girth webbing, therefore the padding will not twist out from under the webbing.

Tiny sizes use 1/2″ webbing. Extra small to Small sized harnesses usually have 5/8″ webbing. Medium to large have 3/4″ or 1″ webbing (personal choice) and extra large has 1″ webbing. If you have a preference for a certain width of webbing please pick the webbing width you want. (Note: The neon pink and pastel pink webbing has a tendency to fade more quickly than other colors).

Ribbons can be sewn onto the harnesses. For 3/4″ or 1″ webbing, a team lanyard can be sewn onto the shoulder straps. Pick from the ribbons below that will fit your webbing size and type in the text box. Note: For reversible ribbons please state the dominant , background, color. If you want a favorite team type that in the ribbons box.

REFLECTIVE THREADS FOR NIGHT SAFETY | Features two reflective strips woven along the strapping that vividly glow when light hits them.

Neoprene colors available are Black, Red and Royal Blue. As these colors are new I am not sure of the colorfastness of the neoprene. I heard from a customer that the red fades over time(1 yr). Black is fine and not sure about blue. More colors are available upon request but will have an extra charge for special order. Neoprene not available for 1/2″ webbing(logistics problem-sewing).

Shoulder-Measure from the center of the breastbone to the back of the withers, rather than in front of the withers. This allows for the arc of the harness across the shoulders.

Between Legs- Measure from the center of the breastbone down between front legs to 1″ behind front legs.

Girth- Measure 1″ behind front legs

All custom items take approximately 2 weeks.
